I'm Darren and I've had over 30 years behind the mic.
When I started, I was a lad volunteering in a local hospital radio station and hated doing all the chores, that and the fact I was a sports presenter that.. Well, frankly never had any interest in sports didn't put me off.
Over the years I've presented slots from late night to early mornings, drive-time and currently breakfast on a big and very popular station.
I also run my own professional studio and from there I host The Big Afternoon show. It's live, interactive and fun. Airing from midday it runs exact-to-time every weekday and is full of features.
